What you state is not fair enough. That is definitely not the thrust of Windschuttle's arguement. You are a man of minimilist loyalty to your country, it's history and culture.
He does not have to deny it's existence because in fact it never existed. Unlike your constructions Windschuttle's history is a product of thorough research.
