They thought in cargo-cult thought processes. Everything would just arrive and they would live like the white man. They really are primitives.

Logic is a Western civilisation invention of Mind. It does not transfer into African easily.

If you are a white man educated in the west, try thinking about the African mind engaged in Voodoo belief and see if you can sense what *they* sense about mystical 'oneness'. It is possible but it takes effort. Probably easier for someone who believes in 'holistic' medicine.

Now think of an IQ of 85 or less African being introduced to the Subject Predicate of Formal Logic in western thinking. Again it's possible but still difficult.

That is really what divides us from them. They can never improve. They are locked in an internal loop. Nature throws up the occasional bright one...and he leaves the country.

I think it was Jarred Diamond who said this happened in America when youths left the country towns to seek their fortune in the cities. There was this mbuttive increase in IQ in city people and the country towns lost the people with initiative and so sank into cultural deserts.
