You made the comment that is the man in unaware therefore the woman can also be equally unaware. Tropicana's comment that the only evidence he has is the date he slept with the woman and the word of the woman.
How can the woman be equally unaware? She has to know who have slept with her and if she does not know fully then better to make a paternity test to be sure. The problem is that most woman will not provide the test but only is her word as evidence.
Most men honour the responsibilities and therefore there needs to be a level of protection to ensure that the such paternity tests are available. Having only the woman's word for it is totally unreliable as that in many cases they have blatantly lied in order to obtain money.
Such lies is fraud and deception and therefore she should be jailed for her crimes.
