We are currently paying for the leukemia treatment of a four year old boy Imrose whose parents are too poor to afford the treatment

Imrose is 4 year boy whose family hails from Bihar, India. They are agricultural laborers making a subsistence living. Starting February 2005 Imrose felt pain in his legs and had a bad cough. He was taken to a doctor in Bihar. Investigation revealed that he had Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. He was asked to go to Tata Hospital for further treatment. Test at Tata hospital also revealed Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. He was advised to take chemotherapy for two years under the supervision of Dr. Banavali. Presently is staying with his parent at Vikhroli (suburb of Mumbai, India).

We wait for the day that Imrose can be a carefree child again, studying and playing with his friends and family.
