If Israel ever dares to touch its nuclear arsenal this is what will happen: 1 It will alienate everyone. Even those who till now have been somewhat sympathetic towards Israel. 2 It will cause a major disaster in the region. That includes Israel's own territory. You can manipulate politics, bribe, spy and cheat as well ignore all rules of humane behaviour but you can not control the laws of physics. Fall out over Israel is quite a reasonable expectation. Your hunger for territorial expansion also have to wait for centuries while the clean up costs for decontamination will ruin the Israeli finacial sector. Do you have an idea why the USA and USSR settled on the stand off called "Cold War" and never have engaged each other in an all out nuclear war? The USA nuking Japan in WW2 was one thing but nuking your geographical next door neighbour is something quite different. 3 Russia, China, India and Pakistan are all nuclear military powers. If they feel that Israel becomes a real threat on the world stage they will not hesitate to do what they can to elliminate that danger. Not necessarily with H or A plants. But there are more ways of dealing with a rouge state than burning it to cinder. In this scenario your only ally the USA will not be able to dig you out so easily from under the pile of poo you have burried yourself under.
Arab states only recognise Israel if they are run by US stooges. You have successfully alienated all muslims world wide. That includes the most populous muslim countries. Are you honestly believe you can hijack all governments to do your biddings in all of these countries? Think again.
You can end up in a prison in two ways. Someone may lock you in behind high secyurity fences preventing your from having contact with your surrounding. That is one way.
