Reality check : 75% of the residents of New Orleans had already evacuated before the hurricane. Of those 300,000 or so who remained , who stuck there not because they are "too poor", commie, but because of a good portion of them refused to leave and because of apparent incompetence of the city government, which failed to plan for a total evacuation of the city. The fleet of school busses intended for the evacuation of the entire N.O. still are on the bottom of that dirty , filthy river which once used to be the city of New Orleans .

Depends from what positions you put Yankees to shame .
