Mosley just doesn't get it.
According to the 'ethnic pedigree' view of true-blue which Mosley and Rev Headjob espouse it's because his own culture is that of an Anglo Blackshirt (Oswald Mosley, English Fascist), not that of Australians.
Like all racists he thinks culture is a matter of bloodline, but ideas can be adopted by new ethnic groupings, and forgotten by the initial ones.
Thus 'democracy' spread from the Greeks, and became part of the culture of many ethnicities and nationalities, while Greece became, for a time, a disasterous military dictatorship in April 1967.
Christianity is a clbuttic example.. it is a Middle Eastern religion, delivered by a Jew, and yet from the outset it spread amongst the Gentiles, it is now claimed by a variety of nations and ethnic groups as part, sometimes a central part, of their culture.
Meanwhile, among the original Jewish host culture, it has little purchase.
So it is with true-blue. It is not a matter of having Governor Phillip as your ancestor.. it is a matter of KNOWING, and LIVING the cultural mores.
Martin Bryant's ancestors may have arrived with the First Fleet.. but he is not a true-blue because his BEHAVIOUR and beliefs are diametrically opposed to true-blue values.
But Captain Reg Saunders, whose 'pedigree' is PRE-European settlement is a True Blue.
And so are many kids whose mums and dads just got off the boat.
Some of them are drawn to this country because they ALREADY believe the values we espouse. On our part, we just have to live to live up to those values, and keep them ALIVE.. because one of the true blue values is that we don't give a f*** if your daddy was a Lord or a Larriken, skin colour, place of birth, social clbutt, religion ethnic group.. all the forms of discrimination, HAVE NO PLACE IN True Blue CULTURE . we judge a bloke by WHAT HE DOES, not what his pedigee is!
