In the same way that I use an Australian pbuttport to evade US travel restrictoins on Cuba, an Australian with dual nationality could use their other pbuttport to evade any Australian-imposed travel restrictions in Singapore. when you use a specific pbuttport to enter-depart a country, you are ONLY subject to those conditions that the ISSUING COUNTRY imposes. Any travel restrictions imposed by any other countries, where you hold citizenship DO NOT APPLY, contrary to what one guy who likes to chase me around the Net might say. The next time you travel to the country that has imposed said travel restrictions, you just leave it OFF your Customs form (if you are asked which countries you have recently travelled to). This is why it is the position of Anonymous Antarctic Media that economic sanctions will NEVER WORK, becuase the increasing number of Australians that hold dual nationality can circumvent them by using their other pbuttport, and, therefore, will be NOT SUBJECT to the sanctions, just like when I, as a USA-Oz dual national, am NOT SUBJECT to the US travel restrictions on Cuba when I enter and depart Cuba using my Australian pbuttport.
