Indonesian law says this is inconsequencial. If it is in your possession, you are guilty by buttociation, even if you have no knowledge of the event.
I doubt if it would help. Indonesia can simply disregard any evidence just as they have shown they will do.
Seems to me that if they want to find you guilty, the system if heavily weighted in their favour.

Dave - you seem to have all the answers. Let's buttume someone is in exactly the same situation as Schapelle, but is actually innocent. The drugs were planted by baggage handlers in Australia. Using your resources, how could that person prove their innocence.
If you can answer that I will accept your theory as correct.
