I don't have to show you proof - you've already said that under the Immigration system she has admitted possession then that is enough.
She's the one in jail because she didn't show proof that someone else put it into HER bag. It's the same in Australia - if YOU are caught with a bag full of dope coming in, then Customs are going to be looking very closely at YOU, and "it wasn't mine" isn't going to stand up in court in Australia, let alone Indonesia.
As I said - Corby is in jail - obviously they have all the proof they need.
No, it's the same argument the prosecution used - and won the case. The bag containing drugs was in her possession & was her bag. If she wants to use the defence that someone else put it there, she needs EVIDENCE of such, in order to create reasonable doubt. Nobody is going to take her word for it.
Hey, be my guest - try telling an Aussie cop that you found some dope in your pocket & it wasn't yours. See how far you get. :-) Or wait until you get caught, then act all nervous & THEN tell them it wasn't yours, and see how far you get! :-)
They haven't been presented with any evidence showing anyone else put it there. Where is the reasonable doubt? On the front page of the Age?
Ah, so she is guilty? :-)
For starters, by presenting evidence that the bags she checked in weighed less than what arrived in Denpasar for starters. But of course that evidence "isn't available". What a crock.
