Nope, was just your opinion. Nothing wrong with opinions, my only real problem is with opinionated bigotry, and if you're the same person I think you are from way back you're not generally guilty of that.
Unfortunately the media (both here and in Indonesia) are f***ing vultures and guilty of all the hate and resentment that is sweeping the more emotional people of both countries. They should be accountable, but unfortunately freedom of speech does not include an obligation for the media to be moral. The emotion outweighing common-sense thing is becoming more and more widespread (as we've seen with the recent embbutty scare in Canberra), and that is not a good thing. It only shows both countries have some complete f***ing morons in them.
Yeah, I wasn't aware of that one either. Thanks to LDL for that pointer, that one's helped a great deal to calm down a few of the more rabid people I know outside of usenet. Bit hard to try to be high and mighty when we're guilty of the same.
