Here's my story.... I recently moved, 1 month before the move I received my upgrade and purchased a second receiver. When I reported my move to BEV stated there were no installers in my area and I was to contact a local retailer. I did so and was told "of course there are installers in the area" and to call BEV again.

This was the beginning of my journey. They sent the new dish to the wrong address; I was told I would have to pay $190 to have the new system installed of which I would receive a credit of $90 OK...nobody said anything about that when I bought the receiver. There where errors for my address change, programming and more. Each resulting in 1 to 2 hours of frustration dealing with the cusmtomer service department. I finally gave up. I cancelled my account and went with another provider.
Now I mysteriously have an outstanding balance for a cancellation charge for not giving 30 days notice. Again I have placed many calls to the (non English speaking) customer service department asking for an actual bill showing this charge. Hey if they want to bill this to me I have a right to have an actual written charge.
It has been 5 weeks and still no bill. I keep getting the calls for payment but no bill. Today in fact I called them again asking to speak to a manager to see if this person could print out the bill and send it to me. But this person REFUSED to speak to me. Imagine that a customer service representative who won't speak to the customer.
As it is I will not pay this bill until I receive a hard copy of it.
