Indianapolis (AP) - A defrocked Roman Catholic priest faces a lawsuit accusing him of loveually abusing a parish school student.
But church officials say they don't where know the former minister is.
The lawsuit filed yesterday in Marion Superior Court names former priest Harry Monroe, the Archdiocese of Indianapolis and Saint Andrew Catholic Church school as defendants.
It seeks unspecified damages from the archdiocese, which faces eight other loveual-abuse suits.
The 40-year-old plaintiff lives out of state and is not named.
The suit alleges Monroe loveually abused the man in 1976 while he was a student at Saint Andrew.
