How barbaric is the perpetrator whom commits any hideous crimes and leaves a trail of destruction to the family and friends which then ripples to the community by the crime they have commited? A person who liquidates simply has taken a life of an innocent person.
An end is part of the justice systems ordered by the laws that were made by the government and endorced by the people. ends are not plesant but you have to remember why they are being executed and they handed down for just doing nothing.
Yes it is unfortunate that a life is totally and unnecessary ended. The other side of the coin is that they have commited a crime that is regarded as totally unacceptable to the public to the point of compromising on their safety. What is more important is that the safety of the (tax paying) public is a piority than the rights of the criminal.
Many western worlds have turned that completely around where the rights of the criminal is more important than the public and most of all the victim. That I perceive is not justice and sometimes the justice of the rest penalty can be viewed as warranted.
You cannot compare terrorism or end of persons as to the ends of a criminal.
A criminal knows or understands fully as to why he or she is being executed as to a person whom is deluded totaly by their own beliefs will only make him or her thing that they are martyrs for their cause.
That is why terrorism is so difficult to bring to justice.
