Monday 17 July 2006 Dear Neil, Thank-you for the opportunity on 14 June 2006 to speak to the Wellington Shire CouncilÕs panel responsible for hearing submissions to the Ôproposed Special Charge Street Construction & Drainage Scheme in Briagolong.Õ I have previously raised the point regarding the Commonwealth, that, Òa social declension of the autonomous, sovereign and common or aggregate and territorial right of a people, may be said to occur, whenever there is a denial, whether deliberate, casual, or simply an obsolescent regard for the Hyponomic Principle (ie. Time as object-matter), due to a progressive claim to enlightenment.Ó "Time was, when she was the queen of all the sciences; and, if we take the will for the deed, she certainly deserves, so far as regards the high importance of her object-matter, this breastle of honor. Now, it is the fashion of the time to heap contempt and scorn upon her; and the matron mourns, forlorn and forsaken, like Hecuba. Immanuel Kant 1781, Preface to Critique of Pure Reason The historical circumstance of the Nomarchy involves territorial divisions as the granting of Crown allotments that were then sub-divided with roads reserved in said sub-division as a carriageway in favor of abutting owners as the basis for the hyponomic (ie. in this case agricultural) aggregations of people into communities exhibiting civility. It is not that the resident's have an exclusive use of a road, but that by such civil and natural bond as 'private' status, express the right of humanity in their own person, as an absolute unity of being which is capable of exercising good will between neighbors. There is an ambiguity and contention as Ôconflict with the right of humanity in his own personÕ as Ôprivate statusÕ usage of roads and Immanuel Kant's (1724-1804 CE) Commonwealth view of marriage: "In this act of marriage a human being makes himself into a thing, which conflicts with the right of humanity in his own person." This is manifestly the grounds for why Roman Catholic protestors outside the Melbourne Fertility Control Clinic, have for the last 10+ years, engaged within a singular disrespect for the rule of law and the Sovereign of our Commonwealth as 'Defender of the Faith'. Accordingly, I have included my recent correspondence with the Melbourne Fertility Control Clinic who will doubtlessly seek to have the veracity of such a perspective tested. I have also included a draft of a later chapter, where I convey the Natural Law and Common Law philosophical paradigm as the architecture of the Letters Patent to the Australian Consbreastution of 1901.
