The real culprits are the criminals who buy the stuff from the farmers with the intention of making huge profits at the expense of countless people's lives. The farmers are often poor families who will do what they can to earn a living off their land. The secondary culprits are those adults who should know better who chose to take the drug for the first time until they get hooked. Once hooked, they tend to lose sight of any morality or reason in order to feed their addiction. The other culprits are the silvertails who shove sugar up their noses and pay huge prices to feather the nests of organised criminals and finance the expansion of their operations.

Most of the problem involved with the drug trade would be reduced to the level of those buttociated with alcohol if they were legalised, regulated and controlled in exactly the same way.
