You are Premier of your state. You know that your Minister For Water has a large stake in a Flouridation Company. Flouridation however is not politically even on the agenda for your state.
It does however come on the agenda. The journos start digging around. They find this equity your minister has in the flouridation company. They ask you the question:
"Does the Minister For Water have equity in a Flouridation company?"
Do you answer the question. And if so how do you answer the question. And if you don't answer the question how do you not answer the question.
