Capitalism and Communism are both bad. The problem with capitalism is that it puts no...

That's f***ing bull. The jobs are getting shipped overseas for one reason, and one reason only: To line the pockets of a handful of people at the company, on the board and MAJOR stockholders (they're last, of course).

Once a lie gets repeated enough times, people seem to think that it's the truth. Wal Mart was doing just fine when it was pressuring it's suppliers to keep driving down the cost of their textiles and the like until it was all made in China. GM was doing just fine with it closed down plants and moved them to Mexico.

There are several problems at work here. One, is the CEO as celebrity and like a celebrity, everyone kisses their butthole even more than the average CEO, so they think that nothing they say or do is wrong. That behavior has trickled down further in the food chain. Two, is that companies have lost focus on the product, the consumer and the employee. It ALL resides on short term Wall Street reports and who gets the most money on the board. Which leads us to number 3, the worst of all and that is the prevalence of the officers and SVP types that do whatever it takes to take the most, f*** everyone else. And man, are there plenty of them. 4th and last on this short list is the fact that employees are being graded not on their good work or brain, but on how they lick corporate butt. And THAT has to stop. Otherwise business will stop.
