This is the foolishness we encounter when people like you play with raw statistics, but don't have a blind clue about how to apply them. Probably two-thirds of that billion people represent no threat to you in terms of visa applications because they don't have the wherewithall to apply. That alone collapses your argument. In real terms the numbers from India with a chance of competing for immigration places are fewer than from Europe, and in any case, the Indians who go to the US aren't going there to clean your toilets. Most of those sorts of menial jobs will go to people who seep into the US from across the southern border or other illegal immigration routes. Indians are going there for the top jobs that many of them can do so well.
