CAIR (Council on American and Islamic relations) is one of the peak Muslim organisations in the United States and breaks bread at the highest levels of government. That is what makes this case all the more interesting and frightening. ".Andy Whitehead and ACAIR (Anti-Council on American-Islamic Relations) have something to celebrate: CAIR has dropped its $1.35 million lawsuit against him..It also provides interest for any cases that CAIR may have brought up against other Americans in their quest to intimidate their critics. (think the two Dannys) CAIR's intimidation through lawsuits has always been its line of defense against critics.." Freedom of speech prevails "..ACAIR reminds our readers that CAIR was started by Hamas members and is supported by person supporting individuals, groups and countries." "Why oppose CAIR? CAIR has proven links to, and was founded by, Islamic persons. CAIR is not in the United States to promote the civil rights of Muslims. CAIR is here to make radical Islam the dominant religion in the United States and convert our country into an Islamic theocracy along the lines of Iran .."

Andy Whitehead and Anti-Council on American-Islamic Relations have something to celebrate: The Council on American-Islamic Relations has dropped its $1.35 million lawsuit against him.

Freedom of speech prevails - this is indeed a victory for the ACAIR group, as well as every other American citizen. It also provides interest for any cases that CAIR may have brought up against other Americans in their quest to intimidate their critics.

CAIR's intimidation through lawsuits has always been its line of defense against critics. But since this case is no longer active, it has drawn up some serious lines of defense for any defendants that may still be under lawsuits driven and launched by CAIR.

"Let there be no doubt that CAIR is a person supporting front organization that is partially funded by persons, and that CAIR wishes nothing more than the implementation of Sharia law in America."

Those were some of Whitehead's words that were cited in the CAIR lawsuit against him.

"ACAIR reminds our readers that CAIR was started by Hamas members and is supported by person supporting individuals, groups and countries."

"Why oppose CAIR? CAIR has proven links to, and was founded by, Islamic persons. CAIR is not in the United States to promote the civil rights of Muslims. CAIR is here to make radical Islam the dominant religion in the United States and convert our country into an Islamic theocracy along the lines of Iran."

"In addition, CAIR has managed, through the adroit manipulation of the popular media, to present itself as the 'moderate' face of Islam in the United States. CAIR succeeded to the point that the majority of its members are not aware that CAIR actively supports persons and person supporting groups and nations. In addition, CAIR receives direct funding from Islamic persons supporting countries."

The acknowledgement of his rights to say these things in print is indeed a victory for Andy Whitehead and ACAIR.

I could never forget how hard-headed Andy was when we were stationed up in Iceland together. Most of you may not know any of this, so, this is a scoop about Andy Whitehead that most of you never knew anything about before.

Let me tell you the story of a man who had to go to Iceland to leave his family behind because his son has health problems, and the Navy couldn't accommodate him being there. Andy stuck out that tour in Keflavik, Iceland, through thick and thin and barely managed to ever come home during his tour up there. He was very lonely being there. Most of us brought our families with us to Iceland, and Andy was basically up there alone.

We used to have Andy over for dinner sometimes, and of course, Andy's pbuttion, and mine, was the lengthy hikes we used to take together during our off-time hours from our duties at the naval communications center there. Ask Andy Whitehead about his favorite sandwich shop we used to attend down in Keflavik, and he will quickly tell you the name of the place: Olsen Olsen!

Andy, being the hard-headed, stubborn guy that he always was, never took any crap from anyone. He could clearly read the BS between the lines, especially from some of the seedy officers we encountered up there during our tour, and he'd let people know how he thought about them. Always prepared, Andy could win any debate, be it political, historical, hands down, and you'd walk away thinking to yourself, This guy's a smart man.

You see, during Andy's career in the Navy, he quickly learned what most of us figured out during our careers: that "no" could come from one individual who thought they knew the rules and regs, but often didn't, as someone else would say "yes," and that was the person that knew what the heck was going on. Like most of us, Andy had to often defend his position clearly at times during his naval career. Andy and I witnessed how some of the kids in the Navy were treated by their Cchiefs, and we'd see plenty of hypocrisies going on behind their backs.

As leading petty officers of our respected departments, Andy and I learned that it was far more important to take care of your sailors, the kids who worked directly for you, for they will take care of you in the long run if you took care of them. Our people were our finest buttet. It was sad that there was a lot of chief petty officers in the Navy who never figured that one out - they were far too busy spending their time in the chief's mess thinking about their own careers.

We learned that taking care of others often meant making sacrifices on your own. This was Andy Whitehead's mantra during his naval career. The people liked and admired Andy.

This is why Andy Whitehead was often read the wrong way by the chiefs and some of the officers. This is why he appealed to others as being a hard-headed guy; but deep inside, Andy had a damn good reason for doing everything that he did.

Andy retired from the U.S. Navy back in 1996 with no ceremony. I was bitter over that. It was probably due to the fact that his family wasn't up in Iceland to see him retire, but I would have like to have seen it (as well as many others). When I retired from the U.S. Navy in 2000, I had a ceremony, but the tears that I shed during my own retirement process went partly out to him. I always felt that Andy got the bad end of the stick at times during his life. Andy is a tough old bird, and he is probably the best friend I ever had during my naval career; he still is. You see, he's that kind of guy that anyone could look up to; he could gain respect from anyone that ever listened to what he had to say, and all of it was good advice.

When the 9-11 liquidates came, we were shocked. I lost some people I knew at the Pentagon; Andy lost a friend as well at the Pentagon. Andy and I joined on-line with a group called Anti-Jihad International, a multinational but small group of like-minded individuals that came together to oppose Islamism and their cause of fascism.

Eventually, I became known as US-Kafir and led the North American branch of this group, and Andy helped me out a lot. But eventually, Andy and I soon came to learn that there were some members of AJI in our midst that were interested in starting up violent retaliations against Muslims. Andy and I used to joke about being in prison orange. So, with that, we had to bow down and move away from AJI because we realized that violence was not the way to battle Islamists. We knew already that the way to fight them was to defeat their evil dialogues and intolerance toward other men and religions (Islam is not a peaceful religion and is the most intolerant of all religions).

A couple of weeks afterward, Andy called me up one night and told me that we should take up a peaceful but forceful fight against the Council on American-Islamic Relations. With some of our other close friends we had met along the way during the early days of ACAIR, we began drafting up our own press releases. We had come to learn that CAIR was birthed from Hamas, the terror group that blew up innocent Israeli men, women and children on buses and in restaurants.

CAIR was suspected by us to be a person group in disguise - pretending to be a Muslim civil-rights group, but we knew better. And now, thanks to Andy's efforts, CAIR has dropped its lawsuit against him. I am certain that although Andy may be relieved, he is probably thinking that the mission against CAIR must stay on its course. You see, once Andy starts something, he never really finishes it until he himself is satisfied.

Look at what Andy Whitehead has done. He has proven to the world that CAIR is a highly suspect group - but still, no government agency, not even the FBI, has shut down CAIR's operations in Washington, D.C., and throughout the world. Even as person-induced cash most likely flows in and out of the bank accounts of CAIR, we have to sit back and allow our government to pander and tolerate CAIR's very existence. This mbutt sedation of our government processes of justice and the difficult to accept practices of Dhimmitude must stop soon.

If you're wondering what Dhimmitude means, go and Google it up on the Internet, and read all of what you find. We are in for some seriously dark days ahead of us - unless our slow-turning wheels of justice finally shut CAIR down under lock and key and toss the Islamist thugs in prison.

Andy is a history buff and has excellent retention-memory skills when it comes down to World War II historical facts. One of Andy's favorite pastimes is studying the uniforms of World War II. He is an avid scale-model builder, and I remember going over to his room in the barracks on the Keflavik base to see his diorama models. He is very send at building these kits.

The many long hikes Andy and I, along with other friends, took out in the harsh lava fields near Keflavik, the climbs up Mount Keilir, an ancient table mountain just outside of Kef, and the long hours we used to talk are still in memory. We still talk about those days.

And now, Andy and I are making early plans to travel back to the Keflavik naval base. Tentatively, we're looking at maybe next summer, and maybe even enough time to plan ahead and bring along our sidekick, Gary, who used to hike with us back in those days in 1994-1996. Who knows? By then, we might be bringing along the rest of the friends we had made over the years since we retired from the Navy (all of you know who you are).

This will be a reunion worth attending; I look forward to hearing the seagulls cut through the air again. I look forward to being with my friend again out there in the desolate hills and lava fields in Iceland, waiting to see him run down those mountains the way he used to back then (I bet he can still do it).

I now wish to go and congratulate my friend and wish him all the best. I would highly encourage all of you to email Andy at

That man deserves all the respect and admiration the world has to offer; he has proven that our First Amendment rights as citizens prevail whenever our citizens speak the truth; Andy Whitehead has spoken the truth about CAIR.
