Great news! The EPA informs me we are legally allowed to have 10 seconds of white smoke come out of the car before it is illegal. Consider then the following as perhaps a good, cheap way of performing a very valuable service to the benefit of eveyone in the community:
------------------------------------------------------------- STEP 1: Preliminary work for say 100 cars in your community -------------------------------------------------------------
- 100 people line up their car near Kirribilli House (NSW), Parliament House (ACT or Vic Burke Street)
- Each spray 50% of the contents of Subaru Upper Engine Cleaner (for around $20) or WD40 (around $5) into the intake manifold via the vaccuum lines, leave in there for 5-30 mins. See
Not a Subaru or WD40 dealer, just that Subaru stuff is bloody brilliant!!
- Each start their cards and rev it a bit until white smoke just starts to go out of the exhaust
- Stop the engine
------------------------------------------------- STEP 2: Sequence the event to serve the community -------------------------------------------------
- Have a sequence of startup occur, 1st car, 2nd car, 3rd car all the way to the 100th car.
- Synchronise to the sounds of some Australian symphony such as AC-DC's 'It's a Long Way to The Top', 'Dirty Deeds', 'Walk All Over You' or 'Jailbreak'. Perhaps use an orchestrator to synchronise the activity?
- Ask each person run their car for 10 secs on HIGH RPM to get the white smoke billowing out of their exhaust.
- Stop the engine at the end of this. Next person start theirs for 10 seconds... etc.
- 100x10secs = 16:40 worth of legally generated white smoke.

- Can't legally get guns to do this, so this is a legal way to smoke rodents out of Kirribilli and Government House!! All pigs become pork one day. Whoops.. oh yeah.. rats. Rumour has these old houses are full of them! They're old overfed ones, set in their ways and don't wanna leave. This technique saves tax payers extermination fees, helps the rats move that unused lardy body to find food scraps elsewhere. Times up. Thank you for being a persistent pest!! Game is now, time to move out!!
- the other benefit is the Upper Head of the engine will have the carbon deposits cleaned out if it. Means better economy and smooth running. The Subaru stuff pays for itself in no time! WD40 is OK too.
