Secondly being a suspect does not require evidence however there are some evidence that could not convict but enough to make his a suspect.
Everyone is a suspect for any crime but nearly all of the people with the exception of a very few that is in the inner circle can quite easily explain their way out. In Habib's case, he could not explain his way out.
I could easily be a suspect for September but I have the evidence that I could not have ben a part of it by the people that I buttociate, the travel documents that clearly shows that I was in Australia and the telephone records would easily prove that I have nothing to do with September 11.
Most people could that very easily but Habib couldn't and still haven't answered that.

You seem to forget that there were some evience that questions his character and motivation although cannot be proved.
No one said that he was guilty. That is you that is making that up. No one can catorgically state that he is guilty or innocent. The only person who has catorgically stated that he was innocent was you.
