The arguement is that you are so backed into a corner catigorically stating that Mahdouh Habib is innocent that you fail to see anything past it. What makes it worse is that unless you are gaining financially from this, you work is totally futile so why are you sticking for Habib?

And you haven't given a single shred of evidence besides the words of Habib claiming that he was in Pakistain for cleaning contracts and looking for a school during a war zone.

Since there was going to be a war there, why didn't Habib contact the Australian Consulate General in Pakistain (as it was opened there) with his whereabouts to provide a safe pbuttage for him. A good hypothesis would be that he was in the process of covering up the evidence to incriminate himself. You are the only fool to believe him.

Why would he not be a suspect. Give one reason that would show that he would not even be a suspect.
