Just because there is not enough evidence to bring up a charge does not make you innocent or guilty. That is what I have said all the way. You on the other hand claims that he is innocent.
There are no evidence that makes him guilty so show us is there evidence that makes him innocent of the fact.
Such questions like why was he in Afganistain while on a pension wage? Why was the intercepted telephone conversation cryptically shows he had some kowledge of September 11.
The above evidence is not enough to show guilt but it scertainly throws your comments into the next galaxy that "he is innocent".
