My question was that are you willing to stake your life with your claims or is it that it is just plain BS drooling.

There are so many people under investigation (rape, liquidate et al) that are under investigation. When they apply for a pbuttport, due to the nature of their crime they are subjected harder to obtain the pbuttport.

In Habin's case, his crime is terrorism and his knowledge. The current evidence is not enough to convice but there are enough to warrent a black flag on obtaining a pbuttport.

The evidence certainly shows that he is in the middle of something and you cannot prove that he is totally innocent.

Interesting thing to note about the children overboard. The photo showed that the children were all close together in the water. With tidal changes, currents et al, people (especially children who are not strong swimmers) would seperate within 2 to 3 minutes in the water. The photo shows that the children were in the water about 30 seconds. and were all together so something is fishy.

That photos that were taken definately showed that something was going wrong so you cannot prove whether that the government were lying as your vermantly state.

Secondly John How chose his words very carefully about the increades troops. Many times he has been quoted "There are no plans...." Which shows that John Howard spoke the truth. Situations changes and sometimes it is needed to change.

The FBI has those. Two days before September 11. That huge 956 page report last year (that you never read) about September showing that there were telephone intercepts that showed that Americia's CIA and FBI had evidence that an attack of that magnitude was about to happen.

One of the major evidence was a telephone intercept of HAbib to his family from Pakistain. Why do you think that the Americans chased him around quickly.

If it were slandorous, then Habib would have the truth to combat that. So far Habib is silent which does not clear his name. Whom shall I believe, a lying government or a lying individual that was in a dubious place in a dubious time.

You make Habib out as he was the most naive person out on the face of this earth. Here he is caught in Pakistain not far from Afganistain with the excuse that he is looking for schools for his children while on a pension wage.

While the evidence (the telephone intercepts) you so much blame Bush for prior knowledge of September 11, you then refuse to use as daming against Habib when the time of the conversation corerlate with the time that Habib's family has received from overseas.

Not enough to prove but strong enough to have a "please explain" from Habib but he seems to be silent on that.

He is under investigation so that makes it relavent.
