You obviously didn't bother reading much of that thread or the other related Shearman dummyspits, I already made the point to Shearman that I or any other Australian could be guilty of such immoral crap, but the circumstances don't lead to that for the vast majority of Australians like they did with him (when investigating you don't generally lock up the entire world until you rule everyone out, you grab those that look like they're guilty and then either prove it or release them, been practised for a very long time, fair or not), and the vast majority of Australians would happily answer questions as to that (having nothing to hide and all) unlike him. Only a complete f***ing moron would say that not being charged is proof of innocence, just look at any serial person for proof of the abject stupidity of such a statement.

As for being locked up and bashed around, I HAVE been locked up on suspicion of crimes I never committed more than once (tends to come from some of the company I keep) and occasionally bashed around by the beautiful crims in blue, after being released never had the greenleft ferals licking my arse and screaming how hardly done by I was, and as for torture, that is an allegation. If you believe he was tortured you should also believe he is a person and deserved it, as both are nothing more than allegations, otherwise you are a hypocrite.
Final note, if you're going to truncate newsgroups perhaps you should do it in your reply rather than in the followup. Those that do it in their followup generally are nothing more than loudmouths that want their bullpoo heard, but don't want anyone to see the replies that cut them down to size.
