I keep stating that there were taped conversation between him and his family. Not enough to convict but certainly warranted an explaination that Habib has never explained clearly or has the facts to clarify his case.

In a number of posts I have often said that he is neither innocent or guilty the evidence goes either way but there is one crucial evidence that swings against him and he has refused to explain nor has the evidence to refute it.

You constantly state that no one has the right to know your business in another country and I have clearly explained that. I have clearly shown to you from immigration cards from other countries that they need to know what you are doing.
You have NO right to step into another country without the appropiate documentation.
Like I have said, any country can refuse entry because you are not a citizen. If you knocked on my front door, I would slam it shut and lewt out the hounds.
A pbuttport is not a right but a privelage like a vehicle licence. This document under the Geneva Convention clearly stipulated the holder is a citizen of that country is is within good character.
Take a good read of your pbuttport after the photo page of what the governer general has to say. He is asking the other country that the bearer of the pbuttport to allow him or her to pbutt freely without let or hinderance and to afford him or her every asistance and protection of which he or she may stand in need.
Before a governer general can ask that butturance, the bearer must be of good character. Habib's case shows reasonable doubt in his character and therefore a pbuttport cannot be issued.
