I've been fooling you all this time... fancy spending your time arguing with a machine!
Perhaps though, deep inside me there is actually a person, an ego, working the controls of this machine called Gregory Shearman.... perhaps the physical form, the soft mechanoid, really has an agent, a manipulator, an ENGINEER.... imposing itself upon the form, moulding it to represent its own existence!
Perhaps Mamdouh Habib had these thoughts while being beaten within an inch of his life.. perhaps he too wished that his outer skin were merely a machine, and that all he had to do was switch of the sensors and wait out the physical attacks on the outer shell... that is his soft machine.... simply shut off and bunker down... then repair the damage later... when the torturers have gone....
Perhaps you have descended upon a solipsist path, believing only yourself as real, and all of us are merely artefacts of your own autistic world.
Perhaps it is YOU who wish to become human, to realise yourself and your own existence.
Perhaps when you said "we are waiting for an answer", you were suffering from a multiple personality disorder, that you don't actually know who you really are, which of the mulbreastude you can lay claim to....
Perhaps you wish to project your own sad state upon your solipsist nightmare, in the hope that some vestige, some microscopic morsel of the real world insinuates itself through the curtain of your own madness.
