You really are f***witted - no-one wants war with the USa because you have the most powerful military force in the world, backed by sufficient nukes to destroy humanity 200 times over and the inate stupidity-arrogance to use that capability. Everyone loses in a war - the winner is the side that loses the least. They want you to pee off out of their region.

The trial has been going on for months. A more logical approach would be to wait until the trial shows that he did have them - until then we know with 99% certainty that he didn't.
You've continually failed to understand the situation, which leads me to believe that you don't understand "Catch 22".
