One thing about outsourcers, is they have no loyalty. Mexico was the first beneficiary. Then outsourcing moved to China and India. Next will be Africa. They will go to the most impoverished place where they can pay the lowest wages.
India should prepare for the outsource bubble to burst, and to go head to head in compebreastion with the USA with the newly acquired skills.
Back in 1985 I had lunch with the head of Tata in plantay. He talked to me about life with Gandhi. I bent his ear on the future of India as a software giant, as I did to anyone who would listen. As a computer expert from far away Canada, I had more status than usual. So I may have had something to do with India's software boom, since Tata went off in the direction I suggested.
