Never claimed they have. Making the point that Indians criticising Pakistan for getting foreign aid whilst having a nuclear industry are nothing more than pathetic hypocrites as India also makes nukes and has begged more money from the world than any other country, at least it had in 1992, and I've seen nothing to prove that this has changed in the meantime.

Not relevant when the criticism by some Indians in here was of Pakistan receiving foreign aid whilst spending on nukes. India appears to be the big sinner on that, so those posters are nothing more than hypocrites.

Not really, it's not relevant to the point.
Any country that has received substantial financial aid is a beggar country. Nothing wrong with that. Sometimes people need help. Criticising another country for doing exactly what you yourself have done is a completely different story, it's hypocrisy, it's immoral and as far as I'm concerned it's blatantly fraudulent.
None of which actually counters my argument and some of which is entirely irrelevant to what I was saying.
