i am still experimenting. the weird disconnects continue. it is requiring a great deal of my patience.
I have a standing invite to go visit a former boss in Phoenix as well as my aunt who lives in las vegas (*the aunt whose husband recently died0.
I have postponed these important trips once too often and will try once more this year.
International Stuff 1850I still can't figure out why your posts don't quote right, but this happens on explorer, no matter where i post from, but...
you should visit the SW even if you don't have an invitation
this reminds me that on Monday, i visited a restaurant called Sedona, a reservation that was made a few weeks ago.
they had a charcuterie and when spotted, I immediately chose the speck so i could mention it here. i also selected similar meats from other countries, including a carapaccio style beef. The condiments included pickled scallions, olives, nuts and figs. they had about a zillion types of cheeses, within categories that included the expected cows cheese, but also sheeps and goats.
I also had some of my other favorites -- brussel sprouts and rapini, cooked with lots of garlic and other spices.
The restaurant was right on Pennsylvania avenue, which is a famous avenue in that the president's house is there.
