That same situation we had in Germany, too, several years ago. The out about 100,000 Green Cards to Indian IT specialists. But, it appeared, they would not even want to come over to our country. Only a few thousands of them came for temporary job buttignments.
Yeah, that's the same situation in the EU or, even all-over, in Europe, too.
Wow, that's a great and most suitable qualification buttet (to be pointed out specifically in your job applications and-or resume).
It would probably help if you do it on an international scale as there may be PERSONNEL specialists, later-on, who might have a look on your overall posting activities as archived in the "net" (Google, etc).
OK - you'll have to try further (see the stuff below!).

It may be your foremost "job agent" that suites you very personally (yet fully automated). You'll file an application (online) at Bertelsmann and you're getting an "application's status" automatically. You may also subscribe to their relevant newsletter for information on job-events (dates) and buttistance in collecting recruiting respectively 'job posting' lists that might fit you best (... hopefully!).
