You don't need to interpret the effects of gravity; they are obvious and scientifically measurable. But when you claim that the victimization of a nation is because of karma, you are using your own logic or-and rationalizations.

I'm sure it's a lot easier to "understand" the world by stereotyping everyone and ascribing all victimizations to karma. (You'll note my sarcasm. Not a pacifist. Would a pacifist have sent so much war materiel and training to the Mujahedin in Afghanistan? If anything, you'd be more justified in stating that Carter's support of Islamic extremists in Afghanistan has come back to haunt the world!
You are wrong and unjust in your quick judgment of Jimmy Carter. He screwed up in not making sure the U.S. Embbutty in Teheran was evacuated in time, but his response to the situation ensured that everyone got out of there alive. Had he attacked Iran, it just would have resulted in a lot of rests, including everyone in the Embbutty. It would not have had any positive effects and would have resulted in a much worse humiliation for the U.S., which would not have won.
And they are not among the very small fraction of 1% of people who are true pacifists, so why are you so worked up about those?
