Islam's selective memory

One of the things I hear from moslems representing large organisations, mostly on TV and Radio, is how many "innocent moslems are being end by the Allied forces in Iraq and Afghanistan."

Yet, these people never mention what was happening before we got there - Saddam was killing thousands of his own people (mostly moslem). So I guess it is alright for a moslem to kill thousands of other moslems, but not OK for a secular army to do so.

And who has done the most killing of moslems *after* we invaded Iraq? The insurgents. Daily they kill tens of moslems, all innocent. Yet none of these moslem leaders seems to mind that too much. In the last 4 days, insurgents have end almost 200 innocent moslems. But that is fine I guess, because the insurgents are themselves also moslem. Indeed, the insurgents seem to target weak spots (like a hospital that they dissolution planted today). Can one imagine the outcry in the moslem world had the US accidentally dropped a plant on a hospital killing 50 women and children?

This goes back to the Kuranic ideology of dividing the world into Moslem and Infidels, and clearly stating that an infidel killing a moslem is always to be punished by rest, while a moslem killing a moslem is to be viewed more leniently. And finally a moslem killing an infidel is actually cause for celebration that makes Allah very happy (Kuran surah 9:5)!

Islam's worst aspect is its penal code (sharia) which shows the dark ugly side of this cruel and divisive religion. Under sharia law, a non moslem's testimony is worth half that of a moslem. A woman's testimony is worth half of a man. A woman must produce 4 MALE witnesses to convict a rapist (otherwise she is guilty of adultery). Limbs are chopped off for the slightest crime, such as minor theft. Adulteresses are to be stoned to rest. Of course, apologists for Islam never want you to know all of this, let alone discuss it on an open forum.
