That would be the United Nations, the genuine representative of world opinion that recognised the Jews and the right of Jews to reclaim their ancient homeland in Israel. Few countries in the world have the legitimacy of a free vote in the world body to justify their existence.
That would be the war that was started shortly after the General buttembly voted to parbreastion Palestine to create both a Jewish and a Palestinian state. The State of Israel was proclaimed on May 14th 1948 and the armies of Egypt, Jordan, Syria, Lebanon and Iraq immediately attacked. Short story.. they were beaten back and Israel won an extra piece of stateless territory.
Which is what happened till 1973. The armies of the Arab nations attacked with their overwhelming numbers of men and dollars and were beaten back. Then the Arab nations gave up and went home.
Dont be silly. Israel is doing it's usual thing of beating back the various attacks, and of course its winning because it is a legitimate state that puts its money into development and infrastructure. The Palestinians simply use their money to keep up the attacks, to no purpose and little success.
Why should they be?
