With regards to a doctor, you have to weight his professional decision based upon his qualifications and extensive consultations with him or her. There is an element of risk but doing nothing for a heart bypbutt will surely lead to rest. By banning drugs you are not leading people to rest.

I could give a rodent's rear end if they were banned or not. Prohibition in Saudi Arabia and the UAE has worked very well however prohibition has not worked well in the USA so there are goods and there are bads.

The thing is that illicit drugs are a loaded weapon and should be more care when deciding whether it should be legalised. So far plenty of experts in the field have discussed it and plenty of times the status has remained unchanged.
