Mumbai, April 24 (PTI) - An Ortho Trauma Specialist arrived here yesterday night from Australia.
He immediately held consultations with doctors treating BJP leader, Pramod Mahajan, who is battling for life at the Hinduja hospital.

Soon after his arrival, he went to the Hinduja Hospital where the Mahajan remained on life support system in the intensive care unit.
Earlier in the day, Mahajan was examined by Dr Mohammad Rela, a liver and pancreas specialist from London.
Pravin mentally stable
Meanwhile, a post-arrest medical check up conducted at J J Hospital on Pravin Mahajan, who shot and critically injured his eldest brother and BJP leader Pramod Mahajan, concluded that Pravin was mentally stable and sound, Mumbai police told a court here.
The conclusion was arrived at by a three-member team consisting of psychiatrist, forensic experts and a physician who examined Pravin.
Pravin was produced at a magistrate's court at Bhoiwada area of Dadar in central Mumbai in connection with the shooting of Pramod Mahajan.
