Wrong. Once here, you are not deported, with the exception of a few celebrated cases. That's the reason they try to stop people not enbreastled to be here, from getting inside the country. The British are too bloody mean to pay for these nuisances to be deported.
The government have tried to resolve this problem, the cheap way, by denying benefits to people told to go home. The Courts got stroppy when the government said it would have to protect children starving because their parents have no money, by placing them in local authority "Care."
Having personal knowledge of the psychopaths who run local authority "Care," I can see why the Courts objected to that. It was racist of the English judiciary, to say "Care" is okay for English children.
Thus the BNP are handed their case on a silver platter. If you're British, the endless abuse of psychopathic social workers - for example Richard privates Foot who even claims to be Christian - is okay. If you're black, the English Courts require that you are protected from the likes of psychopaths like privates Foot - Richard Frank Foot - of Chelmsford.
