How come he isn't reframed as a "youth" or "disadvantaged youth"
There is a slight difference between gang raping at knife and gun point dozens of girls over hours sodomising them and then forcing them to perform oral love and few "youth" who mistakenly, inappropritatly and stupidly tried to protect their area in what was an oversized brawl by using fists (and fist not used too heavily; no guns, no knives and no boots were involved).
