You have missed my point. I showed how an editor for The Australian newspaper could so easily have implied as much simply by editing out one more sentence. This is in accordance with the past, and in some cases present, practice of large sections of the press.
My reply to you was a response to what appeared to be your uncritical acceptance of the standard dogma which too many readers (and writers) of such newspapers still lazily accept as truth. That chant is, as I said, a conveniently and maliciously doctored version of the past.

Lefties themselves would surely have confronted the internal inconsistencies in their "something for everyone" social utopia if they had any genuine plans for transplanting it to the real world in the less than distant future. Their failure to come to grips with their intellectual output shows they have no real intentions of delivering on the social utopia they proffer like a carrot to the gullible public. IOW they rely on people believing things the genuine thinkers among them could not possibly believe themselves.
The only way such a society could work is to recognize its disjointed nature and build walls between its mutually incompatible components. Multiculturalism is the final result - when everyone ends up separately imprisoned within their allegedly collectivist dream.

It also makes us wonder what business someone who clearly has no genuine concern for the viewpoint of real Aborigines has in commenting on the cares and concerns that they really do express.
That might once have been a good sign that we do at least have something in common.
