I think what you say is right. The muslim world has repeatedly demonstrated that it does not wish to accept the norms of civilised behaviour and would like to maintain its separate Islamic existence. I have no problem with that. We should simply boycott the muslim world. Make sure all muslims live in their own lands. Everyone else should evacuate those lands.
As far as oil, we must stop using OPEC oil as soon as we can.
Once the muslim countries have no market for their oil, they will return to their bedouin ways, but that is not of concern to us. In some sense, they want to have the cake and eat it too. Before oil, life in arabia was hopelessly hard, and life expectancy was very low. Oil has given them a good standard of living. The oil that western countries discovered and drilled. But since the muslims dont want this arrangement, we must stop using their oil and just leave them to their own way of life in arabia.
As for countries like Pakistan which have no oil, just stop immigration from there, and let them do what they want in their country.
