Someone from the TELEGRAPH wrote this???? ROFL! Nobody within Newd Ltd. gives a poo about balanced coverage of anything. All Rupert wants is a dominance (or preferably a monopoly) on media in this country, with NO OTHER OPINION whatsoever.

The Telegraph is the print version of A Current Affair, trashy gossip and irrelevant opinion flimsily dressed up as news. View the relentless divisiveness between Sydney and Melbourne that's been going on in the Tele ever since the Commonwealth Games started. Who gives a f***?
People in politics being kept informed by public-owned, government-run media. Scandalous! I'm not surprised this Tele writer feels horror over Radio National, the switchboard operator there would have more journalistic integrity in a toenail than the entire editorial staff of the Daily Telegraph.
I guess they'd rather have wall-to-wall reality TV and renovations shows, hey? Consume, comply, don't think... sleep... sleep...

Soak it up, absorb the hate and stay trapped in the cold darkness, and buy as much useless poo as you can afford in order to fill your meaningless life. Go into debt so you can acquire more useless poo you can't afford. Take all your moral cues from reality TV, be told what to want through advertising, be told who to hate through what pbuttes laughingly for TV news, and for God's sake MAINTAIN THE RAGE, because the barbarians are at the gate and threaten to overwhelm us at any moment (or whenever the poll numbers are down and a danger needs to be whipped up).
