"Suffered enormously" from "use by One Nation"? AFAIK the only posts by anyone genuinely buttociated with One Nation were a few very terse and isolated announcements by Lance Baker who, for a short period, was involved with WAON, a break-away faction of One Nation in WA used as vehicle for a kind of brand-name acquisition attempt by hardcore supporters of former federal MP Graeme Campbell.
I have been reading aus.politics since 1998. The only others I have seen credibly claiming buttociation with the ONP were Scott Balson and Peter James, both of whom ceased posting in usenet before aus.culture.true-blue was up and running (and Willie Walker, who, afaik, remains largely oblivious to the existence of aus.culture.true-blue). But then there were the multiple aliases of "Che Guava" aka "fasgnadh" including Scott Steel, Brian Ross and Tony Hanchicken who are all on record claiming to be One Nation members and-or officials at times when that party's fortunes seemed on the rise. Interspersed with their anti-clone Che Guava's hysterical screechings that some vague undefined other had secretly decided without telling anyone that aus.culture.true-blue's "purpose" was to pump out propaganda for that party. (And yet you now recite the same charter others were citing at the time to rebut your malicious attempts to damn aus.culture.true-blue by bogus buttociation)
