Oh well, I guess I'll have to marry one of these hags" 582
That's odd. I have never yet seen a birth of a child from the loins of a man. In that sense, it's not a matter of choice. As long as he is going to have...

That's not true (second part). Adopting out your rights as a parent has nothing to do with biology. Seeing how you already agree with a choice for men, I will not go into this further.

The same could be said of women (buttuming that birth control works). So the next time a girl gets pregnant, the guy should be able to walk away based on this argument as well.

I believe it is the job of both men and women.

Then I see no equality in the movement. Equality means protecting men and women equally.

So the child custody rate is fairly even between mother and father? Or is it like in the states, where the mother gets custody the majority of the time?

Men, if they could afford to (such as rich men) always had the option to stay home. The only famous one that meets your criteria that I can think of off the top of my head, would be John Lennon in the 70's. He stayed home to take care of his newborn son (forgot his son's name). But then again, the feminist movement was in high gear then.

What a load of pooe
Ketut Royson To be honest I'm surprised to see that comment from Dean.T., but you can f*** off on that...

Here's my logic, see if it makes sense to you:

As supply of a workforce increases, the demand for workers decrease, thus decreasing the pay for that specific job. If women stayed home, that would reduce the number of people available to fill a position, hence leading to better pay. But I don't have a degree in economics so I could be way off.

If you don't mind, please do.

Don't let the ambiguity of emotion in text fool you. I am not whining, I am merely stating men's issues. By the way, I also didn't think women , who were fighting for "equal rights", were whining either.

The common fallacy is that people who stand up for men's issues are often whining or misogynistic individuals. Your accusations are nothing new.

Then feminism is not about equality, now is it.

She is capable of being independent. However, chances are, she would not be able to be both successful and be able to raise a functional family on her own. If a woman pursues a career instead of a family, chances are she will be too old to find a husband and to start a family.

I don't think so. Her mother, grandmother and great grandmother weren't bored. People who are "bored" have lost focus on the importance of family. They put their individual needs ahead of the needs of the family.

Seeing how that is not working out for 50 percent of marriages, I wouldn't think one would aspire for such a goal.

I ignored it because it's not true. I don't consider myself or my wife to be lazy. I don't change the baby's diaper or wash the dishes no more than I expect my wife to do my job.

I will.

Regards...
