Well if it were as you state I wouldn't have the same quarm, but for example the proposed pharmaceuticals ruling body, with US pharmaceutical commercial interests heavily represented in that body, who grant the final say in what medicines can be made as a generic brand and what is included or excluded from our Austrlalian PBS system to me totally contradicts your projection that "Market forces and consumer choice will dictate where our money goes"
