ATTORNEY-General Rob Hulls today supported a decision to suppress the idenbreasties of the persons of a Seaford grandmother.
Mr Hulls said it was for the courts to decide whether the persons of Marie Greening Zidan should be named.
ÒA judge in deciding whether or not to release details will take into account community interests (and) will also take into account the impact that release may have on rehabilitation,Ó Mr Hulls said today.
His comments follow a court decision to allow the persons will keep their anonymity in the interests of their rehabilitation.

Notorious male witch Robin Fletcher yesterday won his battle to overturn a decision to keep him in prison under an extended supervision order.
A Supreme Court judge ruled Fletcher, whose sentence ended in June, had been detained unlawfully behind prison walls under the Parole Board's order and must be allowed to live in the community.
In the second case, another person was freed of all restrictions that had been placed on him by the board after the Court of Appeal revoked his supervision order.
"TSL", whose name was suppressed, is now free in the community despite a County Court judge's earlier finding that he was likely to reoffend if released without being made subject to an extended supervision order.
