"shoot to maim" only exists in movies. If you're going to shoot, you intend to kill. Perhaps to make it simpler I should have said "shoot" rather than "shoot to kill". They both mean the same thing as far as either the ADF or the police are concerned.
Shoot for effect, head is a harder target to hit. Bullet in the head is more likely to be permanent, but obviously wouldn't be the target chosen. Pardon my heated rhetoric, but I think you get the drift.

Used to verify that they are sub-humans, yes, of course I do. You let the ADF go off with an unbridled license to kill you're always going to get young hot-heads who are going to f*** up. Probly going to happen anyway. But at least with some sort of strict rules on what consbreastutes a reason for firing we've got a better chance of things being done right.
Nope, you let them determine whether or not they can fire then things can get out of hand. But rather than saying "go for it dude, here's your gun, go and shoot anything that moves" having some sort of rules that says "anything that is threatening harm and refuses to hit the ground when ordered, and attempts to attack or run then kill it" would be a better option, poo can and will still happen, but then witnesses with morals are more likely to get the better of anyone that decides to push things beyond moral limits. Something to be said for state of emergency powers. You might not agree with the "or run" part, but it's pretty damn obvious that sub-humans raping, bashing and pillaging that KNOW they wont be shot unless they attack are going to run for it, and then they'll wait and do it all over again. f*** giving them that opportunity. They made their choice.
Nope, shoot any bastard that thinks they can just go out and f*** people up and get away with it. White, Black or Purple. Plenty of "coons" as you call them are on the victim end of the stick in Wadeye, I think they'd be more than happy to see their local persons removed from the picture. I know more than a few "coons" in the NT that would mess you up merely for calling them that, and would more than happily f*** up some of these gang f***heads from Wadeye for what they're doing if it happened in front of them.
