Because they are too stupid that is why, it is basic police procedure not to tamper with evidence eg. touching with bare hands as it would in a normal country, you take fingerprints to see if the alleged persons fingerprints or anyones others were on there, but becaus you utangs can't even understand basic procedures you will and anyone else won't find out who really did it, and why not take samples to determine from what area it came from.
