Introduction
In the USA today, DNA paternity testing has proven that at least 30% of men who are paying child support are NOT the biological father of the child that the Government forces them to support. At present around 300,000 DNA paternity tests are performed on an annual basis, which means that 90,000 males are being forced to pay child support for a child they are NOT the biological father of.
The Cause And Effect
The Court System is notorious for forcing males to continue paying child support for children that they are NOT the biological father of as DNA testing proves. It is also brought to the knowledge of the judges in the individual cases that DNA testing proves the male paying child support is NOT the biological father. This equates to 90,000 American males being forced to financially support children that DNA paternity testing proves they are NOT biologically related to. As child support is mandatory for the first 18 years of a child's life, this means that these males are forced to pay child support for up to 18 years. Therefore based on this, a minimum of 1,600,000 (1.6 million) males are being forced to financially support children that they are NOT biologically related to.
On average 4,000,000 (4 million) children are born per year in USA, therefore up to 1,200,000 American males are being victimised by paternity fraud on an annual basis. This figure is produced via the fact that DNA paternity testing proves that 30% of the males involved are not biologically related to the children they were accused of being the father of.
As many as 21,000,000 (21 million) American men at present are forced to financially support a child they are not the biological father of. This is all due to the lies of the mother and the injustice of the court system. This calculation of such a figure was produced via the fact that child support is paid over a minimum of 18 years, therefore males who were victimised by paternity fraud just under 18 years ago will still be paying child support. As 1,600,000 (1.6 million) American males become victims of paternity fraud on an annual basis, over a span of 18 years this equals 21,000,000 males who are being victimised to this very day.
The Law
While paternity fraud fits the criteria to be considered a form of fraud, loopholes in the law system prevent offenders of paternity fraud from being prosecuted via the law system. The method used in which a male is forced by the Government to pay child support is very anti-male, unfair and oppressive. It begins at the hospital, straight after birth when the mother has to declare the name of a male and claim he is the father of the child. She's allowed to put any name she likes without the consent of the male and without his presence.
The male accused has only 30 days to dispute the claim, and if he doesn't dispute the claim he is then forced to pay child support for at least 18 years and refusing to do so can have him placed in jail. Apparently it doesn't matter if he is overseas or serving in the military during those 30 days and isn't even made aware of the claim until the 30 day period has expired, he will be forced to pay child support.
Feminism
Feminists have publicly stated how the law system MUST allow paternity fraud to continue. Such absurd and illogical basis that the feminists have used to base their demand on, is that the child's best interest takes precedent over the fact that the mother committed a horrific crime which has ruined the life of an innocent male, which has enslaved him for at least 18 years. Their reasoning is that a child would be better of not knowing who their biological father is. Now it's blatantly obvious that there is no way that the child would benefit from what the feminists claimed must happen. A child would benefit most from knowing who their biological father is.
Also it is quite evident that the mother would benefit from the situation that the feminists support, as the mother would
1.. Avoid being prosecuted 2.. She would obtain a large sum of money from the man she victimised and continue to obtain that money on a monthly basis over a span of at least 18 years. Based on that, it's quite evident that the feminists only want a system which allows females to commit paternity fraud, be given impunity from the law system, be allowed to continue to commit paternity fraud which then enslaves her victim so that he is legally forced to financially support her.
The feminists have also stated that women who intentionally commit paternity fraud should not be punished for their fraudulent actions, because they claim their children need them. However the feminists do not mention the fact that the children also "need" a biological father as part of their life.
